Chocolate Moulding Capabilities

Imperial Design Technologies, a unique modular design concept for chocolate moulding provides the means for you to receive a system to meet present needs as well as long-term growth. Whether you begin with our Unit Depositor or a complete One-Shot Plant, you will be able to increase our production output and product versatility, including utilizing all of the components from your original investment for building a Complete, 3-Stage Shell Plant.

Unit Depositor:

This system is a comprised of a pneumatic piston depositor and an indexing loose mound conveyor for producing solid products and product with inclusions.
One Shot Mould Plant:

Our flagship design is a complete plant, containing the portable one-shot depositor, vibration, cooling system and de-moulding with the product take-away discharge conveyor.
Universal Shell Moulding Plant:

For even greater product flexibility, Imperial Design provides the Universal Chocolate Shell Moulding Plant. The basic design provides an In-Line Plant, which requires no more factory floor space than a typical chocolate coating line.
Mould Plant Accessories:

For added product flexibility, we offer a full range of components for automatic delivery of mixed chocolate and inclusions.
Piston Blocks:

We offer a full range of spare parts for various makes and models of Mould Plants and Depositors. Our Piston Blocks are precision machined from aluminum and hard coat anodized. Stainless Steel Valve Shafts and Pistons can also be included to make up complete Piston Block Assembly. All Piston Blocks are water jacketed for maintaining product temperature during deposit.
Deposit Plates:

We offer a full range of spare parts for various makes and models of Mould Plants and Depositors. Our Deposit Plates are precision machined from aluminum and hard coat anodized. Deposit Plates are available to produce Solid Products, One-Shot Products, and Solid Products with Inclusions.
