Unit Depositor:
This system is a comprised of a pneumatic piston depositor and an indexing loose mold conveyor for producing solid products and product with inclusions.

One Shot Mold Plant:
Our flagship design is a complete plant, containing the one-shot depositor, vibration, cooling system, and de-molding with the product take-away discharge conveyor.

Universal Shell Molding Plant:
For even greater product flexibility, Imperial Design provides the universal chocolate shell molding plant. The basic design provides an in-line plant, which requires no more factory floor space than a typical chocolate coating line.

Automatic Inclusion Feeding System:
For added product flexibility, we offer a full range of components for automatic delivery of mixed chocolate and inclusions.

Piston Blocks:
We offer a full range of spare parts for various makes and models of mold plants and depositors. Our piston blocks are precision machined from aluminum and hard-coat anodized. Stainless tteel valve shafts and pistons can also be included to make up complete piston block assembly. All piston blocks are water-jacketed for maintaining product temperature during deposit.

Deposit Plates:
We offer a full range of spare parts for various makes and models of mold plants and depositors. Our deposit plates are precision machined from aluminum and hard coat anodized. Deposit plates are available to produce solid products, one-shot products, and solid products with Inclusions.
