Imperial Design Technologies designs and produces a wide variety of extrusion machines for servicing the confectionery, bakery and snack food industries. Depending on the product requirements, a choice of design principles can be included that best suit your product characteristics... confectionery items for cream, caramel, coconut, grained nougat, marzipan, marshmallow, and fruit & nut-filled box-chocolate or bar centers... bakery items include the typical cookie/biscuit doughs whether with or without inclusions... snack items include a wide range of health food bars.

Continuous Feed Roll Extruder with Bar Cutter:
The design priniples include continuous feel roll action, combined with or without a wire cut-off mechanism.

Servo Wirecut Extruder:
With our servo wirecut extruder, the feed-roll wire and band raise motions are P.L.C. controlled for greater product flexibility. Recipe storage allows for easy recall of motion parameters.

Four Roll Extruder:
The four roll extruder produces special items containing two masses with different flavors/colors or with two entirely different masses.

Frozen Dough Wirecut Extruder:
For specialty frozen dough items, the extruder can be furnished with a paper feed system, along with a paper slitter and cross-cutter.

Soft Center Extruder with Rounder:
An extruder for soft masses or boxed chocolates. A rounder can be added for ball-forming.

Filler Blocks:
We offer a full range of spare parts for various makes and models of extruders and wirecut machines. Our filler blocks are precision-machined from aluminum and hard-coat anodized. Teflon sleeve inserts may be added to reduce friction on certain products.

We offer a full range of spare parts for various makes and models of extruders and wirecut machines. Our dies are precision-machined from aluminum and hard-coat anodized. Teflon block inserts may be added to reduce friction on certain products. Dies are available to produce centers for boxed chocolates of various shapes and sizes, Dual and single layered bars, and cookies of various shapes and sizes.
