-Design of pcb’s using Altium

-Performing advanced Level EMC Diagnostics on products and providing detailed information on solutions

-Reviewing PCB Designs for noise and speed issues

-Recommending PCB Design modifications

-Performing analysis and creating simulations on PCB Designs

-Working with CST Studio and Hyperlynx

-Coordinating with the EMC Test Engineer on test results

-Evaluating and consulting on customer designs including architecture, enclosure, systems, schematics, PCB layout

Seeking Full Time 3rd shift Machine operators for our Kentwood Location.

Pay: 19hr for 3rd shift

3rd shift hours – 11pm to 7am

Job Description:

-Load and unload resurfacing machines. Each part that is loaded weighs about 2.0 Lbs. and is very easy to handle.

-Quality control – visual inspection for chipping, cracking, broken part

-Packing finished parts on cart to send to next machine

-Learn how to operate different machines in the manufacturing process

-Job involves standing for long periods of time

-No need for steel toe shoes. Headphone/earbuds are allowed in this dept.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a 4 panel urine test.

Seeking a Machine Designer with 5+ years of experience for our Grand Rapids operations. Position will entail:

-Developing innovative mechanical design concepts resulting in a new or an improved product or system

-Research and analysis of data.

-Aiding sales and Application Engineers with proposals specifications

-Assuring that designs meet customer and industry specifications

-Design of machinery (Solidworks or Inventor preferred)

-Originating and preparing proposals concepts, models, drawings and technical support documentation.

-Executing machine design calculations and analysis including finite element analysis as needed.

• Build and repair parts for customers as required.

• Serve as a mentor and trainer for Apprentice Die Makers.

• Document engineering changes and provide the Engineering department with the numbers needed to machine parts to specifications.

• Actively participate in design review meetings as required.

• Complete die runoff at customer facilities when necessary

• Monitor build hours and processes regularly.
