Seeking an Office Assistant for our growing operations here in Comstock Park, MI. We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of experience in a clerical type setting. Individual will be responsible for:
-Sorting/organizing/filing paperwork
-Creating/maintaining packing slips
-Scheduling freight pick up
-Requesting product returns/credits/exchanges
-Requesting pricing/lead times on materials
-Obtaining quotes from customers
-Parts ordering
-Receiving and updating records
-Entering receiving paperwork (packing slips) into system
-Matching packing slips/invoices to purchase orders
