We are seeking a Powdercoat Operator who can operate robotic sprayers and hand sprayers for our operations in Kentwood, MI. This candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating robotic sprayers.
- Hand spraying different parts as needed.
- Prepping parts for painting.
- Ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Prior industrial painting experience required.
- Possess the ability to operate robotic and hand sprayers.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to troubleshoot and solve issues.
