We are in need of an Administrative/Accounting Assistant for our operations in Allendale, MI. In this role you will provide both administrative and clerical support to our facility,

**This is a part time position (24 hours/week) and the schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday/Wednesday/Friday**


  • Provide efficient administrative and clerical support.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of effective administrative systems for the storage and prompt retrieval of information and papers.
  • Track incoming/outgoing mail and produce documents/correspondence accurately and in a timely manner to ensure effective written communication.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle multi-line telephone system and visitors; maintaining a high quality and professional service at all times to ensure effective oral communication.
  • Accurately input daily work hours of employees.
  • Accurately input accounts payable invoice and verify vendor statements.
  • Accurately input daily receivables and prepare bank deposit.
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
  • 3+ years of office administrative experience heavily preferred.
  • Basic accounting knowledge (entering in accounts payables and receivables) required; experience with either Sage/Peachtree or QuickBooks preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred.

CNC Machinist 1st or 3rd shift

Primary Responsibilities

  •     Full command of various CNC machining processes including milling, turning  
  •     In depth knowledge of materials and tool selection for proper application
  •     Machining of large complex parts
  •     In depth knowledge of set-up techniques to ensure optimum quality and productivity through the manufacturing process
  •     Have a thorough understanding of “work fixture” offsets
  •     Proper use of Renishaw probe
  •     Ability to program “right angle” head on boring mills
  •     Ability to program “live” tooling on turning centers
  •     Performs advanced inspection of own work products as listed in the training checklist.
  •     Achieve established quality and productivity levels


Other Responsibilities

  •     Demonstrates good problem solving skills – programming, tooling & fixtures and set-ups
  •     Continuous Improvement – Leads the improving of work processes and business processes
  •     Attends work cell and company meetings
  •     Correctly fills out  Non-Conforming part reports (NCR’s)
  •     Creates process instructions that identify operations, tool sequences, fixtures, speeds and feeds for parts requiring any type of machining operation.


Required Skill and Experience:

  •     High School Diploma or GED
  •     College or trade school certification in addition to the above.
  •     Proficient in Gibbs Cam software.
  •     Proficient in advanced CNC programming
  •     Proficient in Fanuc and Siemens controls
  •     Proficient in reading blueprints in both English and metric using geometric tolerancing symbology.
  •     Highly developed computer skills in Microsoft Windows
  •     Excellent oral and written communication skills
  •     Solid foundation in Mathematics
  •     Proficient in all types of measuring tools and gages required in the Machinists trade – i.e., thread gages, bore gages, depth mic’s, calipers, tool pre-setters, etc.

Machine Builder 20-30hr

  • Fits and assembles components according to assembly blueprints, build standards, sketches, and knowledge of machine construction.
  • Aligns components for assembly manually or with hoists and cranes.
  • Has an understanding of the build process and how to make minor mechanical changes as needed.
  • Puts parts together using hand tools, bolts, or screws.
  • Lays out hole locations and drills and taps holes as necessary.
  • Cuts and threads pipe as needed.

  • Assembly of subsystems for the machinery including: electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic system, etc.
  • Verifies conformance of parts to pick list and blueprints using measuring instruments such as tape measure, calipers, and gauges.
  • Test completed equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Complete inspection and QC paperwork.
  • Track labor time for work electronically using ERP system.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Operation of saws, drills, various tools.
  • Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Clean and maintain work area.
  • Promote and contribute to a continuous improvement culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Seeking 1st shift Electricians that has gained experience in the following areas of:

-Electrical wiring

-Running conduit

-Machine wiring

-Reading detailed schematics and wiring diagrams

-Basic mechanical troubleshooting

PLC experience is a plus but we are willing to train.

This is a Direct Hire position at the higher end of the pay scale.

Quality Engineer

Seeking a Quality Engineer with 3+ years of experience.  Position will be responsible for:

  •           Establishing process metrics to evaluate process performance, define control points, and work with engineering, and manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and ensure that customer requirements are always met.
  •           Support process validation studies, process mapping, Poke Yoke and to drive a reduction in reliance on inspection as a quality assurance methodology.


Working knowledge of the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system.

  •           Resolve any special quality, test, and certification requirements in cooperation with engineering and assure overall agreement between product realization and customer drawings and specifications.
  •           Be a resource to lead and or support design of experiments (DOE), Advanced Problem Solving and Corrective Actions.
  •           Support Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering as required in new product introduction.
  •           Create Quality Inspection Plans, Test Methods and Procedures for components and assembly.
  •           Provide leadership to and be a capable resource for the development of and execution of statistical process control (and appropriate related methods).
  •           Support and manage the verification system for new and existing products. This will involve the support of a 1st Article inspection program, APQP, PPAP and/or process capability studies.
  •           Lead and support internal product and process audits.  Lead and support external audits of the QMS. Proficient in ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
  •           Lead/Support lean and Lean initiatives.
  •           Support supplier conformance and Supplier development.
  •           Work to affect Cost of Quality improvement projects
  •           Promote compliance to company procedures.
